NICC'S SEDOND ANNUAL YOUTH EVENT
Saturday: August 2nd, 2008 9:00 AM – 3 PM

From the smiles on the faces of the children and the long lines at the different stations, I would say last year's NICC's Youth Event held on August 4, was a success. Any event held at NICC needs volunteers.

NICC would like to thank the following for donating their time and energy to make the event a success. Dale Miller, Robin Nottingham, Tom Giaimo, Chris Seemann, Bill Worth, Becky Felaz, Marguerite O'Connell, Mike Lauer, Cindy Yelden, Robert & Marina Mirrilees, Ken & Laura Golonka and Bonnie & Don Letich. NICC would also like to thank the Lake County Longbeards chapter of the Wild Turkey Federation and the Northwest Towns Sportsman Club that manned the skeet-shooting and the pellet gun ranges. Another thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Ed DeVries from the Bowfishing Association of Illinois for handling the carp shooting and archery range.

Next year it's the 49th Annual Winter Festival
and Fishin' Derby in February, 2009!
