This is a bait that I have caught many trout with. I've lost 2 poles from the carp using this recipe already so I encourage you to use it.

• Boil 3-1/2 cups of water.
• Add 1-1/2 cups of flour
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of oatmeal(noncooked)
• 2 Tbls. or strawberry jello mix.
• 2 Tbls. of maple syrup

Mix it together and stick it in the refrigerator. I suggest you use it on treble hook. Tight lines.
