Cut up a baitfish (oily fish like shad, goldfish, etc.. work best) into whatever size you want, put them in a bucket pour cheese from a macaroni and cheese packet on them along with garlic and salt. Refrigerate for a day, use on strait hooks. Great for trotlines and rod and reel. The biggest fish I've caught with this bait are a 41 lb. blue, a 36 lb. blue, and a 14 lb. channel on it.
